We booked our trip months ago - after reading some of the reviews we were a little concerned. But they had our reservations just fine and the place is really a western delight. The room was large - the AC worked perfect - with nice western decor. There's a fun bar/casino just off the lobby - excellent bartender. I wish I knew all their names because we dealt with three or four employees and they were all very nice and helpful, recommended some excellent places for food and fun. Plus they have vending machines for both Pepsi and Coke so everyone was happy about that. Anyone not happy here is probably a city slicker, we are too but we loved it. Room Tip: they have an elevator.”

Guest from Utah, 3 August 2011. “Loved it, the staff was excellent. I've stayed here before several times and each time its been a great place to stay. This time was no exception, in fact I felt the gentleman at the desk went beyond expectations. He made my granddaughter feel welcome. She's 12 and he treated her as an adult, not a child and she loved it. He also went so far as to check the parking lot in back via their security cameras to see if the parking space below my room was empty so I could move my motorcycle into it. It only took a few seconds but that extra touch is what separates a good place from a great place to stay. My granddaughter and I loved the fact that the downtown area is in walking distance and it allowed us to spend a pleasant evening browsing the local shops.”

Brandon M from Cypress CA, 27-Jan-11 Good hotel and very close to entrance to W. Yellowstone park. Casino and live band in the bar area was great. The animals in the lobby area are a great touch, I loved the huge moose. Overall a very excellent value for all the amenities you receive.

After a busy day in Yellowstone your most comfortable beds provided a good nights rest. Do hope that someday we can enjoy your facility again. Also, the very plentiful breakfast was a morning treat.
