Reviews and Comments

April 2010 - Guest rated us excellent- 5 out of 5
This hotel was sparkling clean. The lobby is lodge like with a big staircase. Its very inviting to sit and read by the fireplace. The front desk is very professional and helpful. Jose actually helped us with some non hotel related issues which we really appreciated. The location is walking distance to most of the town's attractions. The town's location is convenient for Yellowstone National Park and the Old Faithful and Geyser Basin.

I don't know why some people have so many issues with this hotel. We got a room for US$60 per night and stayed 1 night and the place is great! As soon as you walk in its all decked out with moose heads on the wall and front desk were quick and prompt. The room (we had a double queen room) we had was spotless!! Well made up and the bathroom very clean! People I don't know what more you can expect out of this place!!! Do you want heated slate floors or something?? Your paying the best rates in West Yellowstone and the place was great!!! Would recommend to friends or family.

My husband, my mom and I took a two week trip to the West in July. We stayed at the Stage Coach Inn for three nights and really enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel. It is an older hotel so the rooms aren't really big and it is older but that is what I found so charming about the place. We also thought that it was perfectly located to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. The little town was full of great shops and awesome eateries. This will be a place that I will stay in again if I am ever back in Montana.

Over the holiday's we went to see Yellowstone National Park. We were picked up in the lobby of the Stage Coach Inn. It was so convenient. We had spent the night before at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will come again.

We were trying to find the Day's Inn and happened to spot this hotel Very attractive entrance reminded us of a European hotel. Inside is a spacious and comfortable lobby. Simple, rustic decor there. The room, apparently in the new part (upstairs and opposite the bar), was simple and clean. Bed was comfortable. What impressed us most was the very helpful desk clerk. When asked about restaurant recommendations he was very forthright and accurate. We had a great meal at his recommendation. We visited Yellowstone in the most off-season period, and had a choice of hotels. Our usual choice is a Hilton Garden Inn, but there is none there. We were very pleasantly surprised with the Stage Coach Inn.

We stayed in the new section, of this hotel, for the past two days. We were pleased with the fairly new funiture in the room. The bed was very comfy, a king bed. The bathroom was clean, and nice hot water, with great pressure in the shower. The heated underground parking garage, was much appreciated, when you`re travelling in Dec., in the snow! This place was very quiet, and they opened up the restaurant area early, so that we could eat breakfast prior to our bus tour of Yellowstone Park. We got a great rate too, about half the price of other West Yellowstone hotels/motels.

Stagecoach Inn provides a clean comfortable spacious room at a reasonable rate. Amenities include 2 indoor jacuzzis, large ... common / mingle area in lobby, plus a generous continental breakfast including make-your-own waffles. Several shopping and dining options within a few block walk, very close to Yellowstone NP west gate. This was one of the nicer properties we stayed at during our week in Wyoming / Montana, and would definitely stay there again when we return to Yellowstone.
