Bears-Stage Coach Inn West YellowstoneGuests from USA – January 18, 2013 - If you liked the pictures of this place, you are going to love it even more in reality! We visited in the winter, so the underground parking garage was an absolute plus (outside -20F, in the garage +45F)! People were playing games in the pictured lobby. It was really cool! Breakfast is ok, healthy food choices are nice! I was not crazy about the hot tubs, but I don't like the smell of chlorine, so I'm partial on that. Snowmobile rentals downstairs, we used them, it was great! We got the smallest room, it had a flat screen TV, closet, it was really small, but worked great. We go to Yellowstone every year, this was our first visit at this place, we'll definitely be back.

Breakfast at Stage Coach Inn West YellowstoneGuests from USA – November 17, 2012 - The Hotel is quite beautiful, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room we were in was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered each morning. I will recommend the Stage Coach Inn to all my friends. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lounge Area in the Stage Coach Inn West YellowstoneGuests from California – September 19, 2012 – “Gorgeous Historic Hotel” This imposing Yellowstone hotel dates from 1948. The beautiful old building is well maintained and centrally located in the town of West Yellowstone. The lobby is lovely with a grand staircase and a mini-museum of stuffed animals--elk and moose, a mountain goat, wolf, and grizzly bear--native to the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant on the premises, and the included continental breakfast was very nice. We could not have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. We highly recommend this wonderful, historic hotel and will plan to stay here when we visit Yellowstone again. Make your reservations early!

Guests from Canada – July 9, 2012 – “Wonderful room, great stay.” We really enjoyed our stay in West Yellowstone at the Stage Coach Inn. The room was a bit expensive but we got a really comfy King Bed and a nice large room. The hotel is well located in West Yellowstone but this is a small town so most hotels are close to the good stuff. I found the staff very cheerful and polite. I cannot comment on breakfast as frankly we were never up that early! We were there on July 4th and really enjoyed a parade and fireworks literally outside our door. We found it quiet and a great place to return to after a busy day in the Park… My partner was very frustrated by the slow internet. He would have downgraded the hotel for that reason alone.

Guest from Utah, 3 August 2011. “Loved it, the staff was excellent. I've stayed here before several times and each time its been a great place to stay. This time was no exception, in fact I felt the gentleman at the desk went beyond expectations. He made my granddaughter feel welcome. She's 12 and he treated her as an adult, not a child and she loved it. He also went so far as to check the parking lot in back via their security cameras to see if the parking space below my room was empty so I could move my motorcycle into it. It only took a few seconds but that extra touch is what separates a good place from a great place to stay. My granddaughter and I loved the fact that the downtown area is in walking distance and it allowed us to spend a pleasant evening browsing the local shops.”

Brandon M from Cypress CA, 27-Jan-11 Good hotel and very close to entrance to W. Yellowstone park... The animals in the lobby area are a great touch, I loved the huge moose. Overall a very excellent value for all the amenities you receive.

Susan F from Tytherington, England, 14-Sep-10 . A very clean an comfortable hotel, we were very pleased with our 2 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nicely furnished. Would highly recommend a stay here.
